Classes offered

St. Mark's offers an assortment of programs for children ranging from ages 18 months to 5 years old. Please click below for class, schedule and tuition information on each program.

  • St. Mark’s Day School offers a gentle introduction to learning outside the home to children who are 18 months old by September 1st. This two-day per week program exposes children to new playmates and adults and encourages young learners to express themselves. The program emphasizes early learning skills that are developmentally appropriate and meet the academic, social, emotional, and physical needs of early childhood. Classrooms are set up for large and small group instruction and our experienced faculty is expressly prepared to differentiate learning for your child’s unique place in development.

  • St. Mark’s Day School offers morning preschool classes to children who are two before September 1st. Our play-based preschool program encourages young learners to express themselves through creativity, music, art, dance, and dramatic play. Our curriculum emphasizes early learning skills that are developmentally appropriate and meet the academic, social, emotional, and physical needs of early childhood. Classrooms are set up for large and small group instruction and our experienced faculty is expressly prepared to differentiate learning for your child’s unique place in development. Our two’s program fosters independence and confidence. (Includes Music & Gym Kids beginning in January)

  • The pre-Kindergarten program at St. Mark’s is designed to support children who are four before September 1st. Our talented staff works to provide our Pre-Kindergarten students with a well rounded and balanced curriculum that is play-based, hands on, and exploratory. The focus of the program is to prepare children for Kindergarten while enhancing your child’s two greatest learning tools: curiosity and attention. This program expands upon the skills taught in the Preschool 3’s program by helping your child develop self-esteem, independence, and critical thinking skills. (Includes Music and Gym Kids)

  • Does your child just miss the cut-off for Kindergarten? Does your child need the gift of time before embarking on their elementary school journey? St. Mark’s has the perfect option for you! 


    Our Junior Kindergarten is designed to support children who turn five by January 1st. This one-of-a kind program, fosters the healthy growth of each child’s intellectual, social, physical, and emotional development. The Junior Kindergarten curriculum introduces your child to the organization and routines of school. As your little learner takes on his/her role as a student, academic skills are introduced in a nurturing, caring environment. This program provides your child the opportunity to experience the joys of learning in the classroom and through play! (Includes, Lunch Bunch, Music, and Gym Kids)
